And undoubtedly there is a growing need for skills and resources to support leading collaboratively especially when organizational structures, roles, and expectations are often more fluid and undefined. The Network Leadership Workshop is a hands-on learning opportunity for leaders actively involved in cultivating cross-sector and community networks to address this kind of complexity, which complements the annual Network Leadership Training Academy.

Expand your network leadership skillset by joining this 2-day interactive workshop where participants can bring their most pressing collaborative leadership challenges to the table and work through them collaboratively with a team of committed facilitators, coaches, and fellow network leaders. At the end of this workshop, participants will have tools to: 

  • Develop strategies and action steps to strengthen network relationships and address challenges.

  • Build adaptive network leadership skills for reacting to evolving contexts and diverse interests.

  • Use data and evaluation tools to inform decision making and management decisions.

  • Surface and discuss issues of power, equity, and inclusion in networks.

By the end of two days, you can expect to have a strategy road map for addressing your current challenges and enhancing your organization and network's effectiveness.  Join this growing community of network and collaborative leadership alumni!

Workshop facilitators include Pam Coleman (former Special Assistant to President Obama for Leadership Development), Dr. Danielle Varda (CEO & Founder of Visible Network Labs and Professor at CU Denver-School of Public Affairs), Lisa VanRaemdonck (Executive Director at CU-Denver- School of Public Affairs Institute), and Paige Backlund-Juarquin (Co Health Institute).

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your registration after September 14, 2018, $100 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover administrative and deposit costs.  You can transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. You must submit your cancellation notice via email to learning@visiblenetworklabs.com.
