September 27-28th, 2018

9am-5pm in Denver, Colorado

Register by Friday, August 3rd to ensure your spot and take advantage of early registration rates

During these increasingly complex times, collaborative leadership is more critical than ever to achieve impact.  Where network leadership may be undefined, skills to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders become even more important.  The Network Leadership Workshop is a hands-on learning opportunity for leaders actively involved in cultivating cross-sector and community networks, which complements the annual Network Leadership Training Academy.

Expand your network leadership skillset by joining this 2-day interactive workshop and coaching session led by Pam Coleman (former Special Assistant to President Obama for Leadership Development) and Dr. Danielle Varda (CEO & Founder of Visible Network Labs and Professor at the University of Colorado Denver).  During the Network Leadership Learning Lab, participants will dive deeper into applying learned skills and tools to develop action steps and strategies for addressing the challenges you and your partners face when taking a networked approach to tackling collective problems. Highlights of this workshop include:

  • Interactive working sessions focused on linking your own identified challenges to skills you are learning in real time
  • Joining a growing community of network leader peers who bring their own experiences and skills to the workshop
  • Connecting with some of the most unique and innovator thinkers and trainers in network leadership
  • Getting access to cutting-edge network evaluation tools and techniques (courtesy of Visible Network Labs)

By the end of two days, you can expect to have a strategy road map for moving your networks forward.

Registration includes workshop materials, breakfast, and lunch. This workshop has a limited number of spaces. Register by Friday, August 3 to ensure your spot and take advantage of early registration rates. Online registration closes Friday, September 14 or once the workshop reaches capacity.
